Like many internet sub cultures MUD Gaming has developed its own language over the years. Much of it is similar to the type used in IRC chat rooms and now-a-days in messenger and texting crossed with traditional role-playing game culture. If you are not familiar with Mudding and playing Genesis in particular you might not have heard the phrases used elsewhere.
